My sweet spot is a business with a growth opportunity to capture and/or a challenge to overcome. I work best with owners who are coachable, willing to move beyond the way they have always done things, and realistic about the pace of that change. A typical client has $5-50 million in revenue.
I use specialized skills to help business owners move their businesses beyond the status quo and towards their full potential. As a result, business valuations increase, cash balances increase, and stress levels go down.

Brian did the work to understand our company. That understanding enables us as a company to take Brian’s suggestions on how to improve as achievable goals.
Brian explained the whole issue of cash flow and why it is so vital for a business from a different perspective. This enabled the management team to focus more on our cash flow. We took the time to look at our market, our customers, our competitors, our strengths, and where we were weak. The whole management team seems much more engaged and focused on improving our company since we have been using the services provided by Seemore Hawk.
I believe that our management team was so caught up on taking care of the every day business that we never really took the step back and asked “how are we doing, where are we going with the company”. It is still a work in process, but Brian is helping our team to look into the future for our company, thus enabling us to improve and grow.
I was surprised by how knowledgeable Seemore Hawk was for the challenges businesses like mine face. It was almost like they knew my business better than I knew it myself. In a few short interviews and after sharing of some documents we were able to figure out our biggest opportunities for positive change.
One of our biggest challenges was getting what they referred to as the “cash flywheel” working to our benefit. After implementing a few very easy strategies we were able to cut our accounts payable time by two thirds. In addition to getting our cash flywheel turning properly used Seemore Hawk to help with CFO services to get us on the right track in more accurate and timely monthly financial report and setting budgets. We used them to help us develop a strategic plan for 1, 3, and 10 years. We used them to help us find a new bank and a new CPA firm, two things we sorely needed to help take us to the next level financially.
